Every morning started with a good buffet with local delicacies. Staff helped with bags and even catered to my food allergies.

I did face a bit of confusion about the tipping customs, unsure if I should be tipping or not, it felt a bit uncomfortable.

Local ice tea was served while waiting at the lobby.

Room price is still not competitive enough. Will charge me USD 10 for later check out at 2.00 pm.

magnificent, fantastic location in downtown ho chi minh city district near to ban thant market, almost all tourist spots and the important landmarks. also, to the all atraction.

Great air conditioning and spacious room, but Wi-Fi was a bit slow sometimes.

Convenient location, spacious room, reasonable price. Free WiFi. Good security. Lots of hot water. Air conditioner was easy to use. Regular day and evening staff were helpful. Iced tea drinks were served while you waited or worked in the lobby.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, although somewhat hard beds are fairly common in Vietnam, so we did not complain. Breakfast was not very good, although we did find a couple of items that were edible. We learned to avoid the sandwiches, which were served on dry, tasteless white bread. We had paid our bar bill in cash (dong) but the night staff (who were there when we turned in the key, as we had to leave for the airport at 4:00 AM) did not want to believe me, even though we had received our final receipt in an envelope from the day staff person, and I had a lot of trouble getting them to call a cab for us while waiting for them to check the mini bar and argue about the bar bill, so we were late getting to the airport

Location was amazing! Just steps from Ben Thanh Market. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the 12th floor had tasty local options 🚫 Just wish the coffee was better.

Provide extra bed as FOC for the kid. Breakfast is made to order and hot when served.

It offers excellent service. The rooms are a nice size and well furnished and generally offer climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV. All the staff is extremely helpful and very amiable and is engaged to make your stay very good. It's conveniently located at walking distance from View.

Just an appropriate option for shopping in Ho Chi Minh City with excellent value. The breakfast lady was so accommodating and made me special porridge with egg after my request. Check out the nearby eateries for some great local food.

Location and freshness of the room

Extremely slow elevator and rather poor breakfast

Location great, just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market. Shower fluctuated between hot and cold, annoying during bathing. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a nice variety, but coffee could improve.
